Men's Circumcision

Men's Circumcision

Many men have the problem of foreskin being too long. This situation will affect men's reproductive function and sexual life for a long time, and it is easy to cause waste accumulation. This will increase the probability of bacterial infection, so it must be treated in time when foreskin is too long. At present, it is mainly treated by circumcision surgery in clinical practice. So how is circumcision surgery for men?

1. Circumcision refers to the removal of excess foreskin through surgery to expose the glans penis. There are three types of surgery. One is circumcision. The second is sleeve circumcision, which only removes the skin of the penis without damaging the fascia under the skin, thus protecting the lymphatic and blood vessels. It has the characteristics of mild postoperative injury, less bleeding, and mild edema. Another type is circumcision with the help of instruments, commonly used instruments are foreskin rings or foreskin staplers.

2. There are many methods of circumcision. When men choose circumcision surgery, it is best to avoid using traditional surgical methods as much as possible. Traditional handmade jewelry is cheaper, but it causes greater harm to patients and takes longer to recover after surgery. When men choose circumcision surgery, they can choose Korean minimally invasive surgery or laser treatment of the foreskin. These peeling methods are all effective.

3. After circumcision, you can resume normal work and study in about a week. However, since the glans penis is relatively sensitive, it may cause discomfort, but you will generally be able to adapt in another week. It is best to rest for 1-2 days after the operation. You can rest in bed, surf the Internet or read books. Try to move as little as possible to prevent bleeding during postoperative activities. Try to think less or contact less pornography, obscene magazines, online pictures and videos after the operation. Because contact with these things causes the penis to erect, it is easy to cause postoperative bleeding. Generally, it is changed every 3 days. After about three days, normal activities are generally fine. In addition to antibiotics, you should also take medications to prevent erections and relieve pain after the operation.
