Left seminal vesiculitis

Acute seminal vesiculitis patients have obvious symptoms of urinary urgency and pain, and some patients may experience dysuria. Chronic patients have obvious symptoms of frequent urination, urgency, discomfort during urination, and burning sensation.

3. Hematospermia

Hematospermia is when the patient ejaculates, the semen is pink, bright red, brown, or contains blood clots. In acute cases, the phenomenon of hematospermia is more obvious.

4. Other symptoms

Patients with acute seminal vesiculitis may often have symptoms of acute prostatitis, so they may have systemic manifestations such as fever, chills, pelvic pain, etc. In addition, hematuria is also one of the manifestations of acute seminal vesiculitis. Ejaculation pain, low libido, spermatorrhea, premature ejaculation and other symptoms are more common in patients with chronic seminal vesiculitis.
