What should I do if I suddenly have pain in my balls and lower abdomen?

Many male friends often experience testicular pain. When they walk, they may put their hands in their trouser pockets to support their private parts. If they have testicular pain, they also like to rub their private parts with their hands. In fact, it is very important to maintain the hygiene of private parts. Frequent scratching with hands can easily cause bacterial infection. So what should you do if you suddenly have testicular pain and lower abdominal pain?

Epididymitis and other conditions are likely to be caused by bacteria invading the testicles. The infection route is mainly retrograde infection. It often occurs in patients with lower urinary tract infection, prostatitis, transurethral surgery, and long-term indwelling catheters, causing epididymal orchitis. It can also spread to the testicles through the bloodstream, causing simple orchitis. The pathogens are often E. coli, Proteus, Staphylococcus, Enterococcus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Clinical symptoms are mostly unilateral pain radiating to the groin area, accompanied by fever, chills, nausea, vomiting, etc., scrotal skin redness and swelling, testicles and epididymis enlargement, obvious tenderness, and may be accompanied by hydrocele. Treatment requires selection of drugs based on bacterial culture and drug sensitivity tests, with antibacterial drugs as the main method. At the same time, the patient should rest in bed and support the scrotum to relieve symptoms, avoid sexual intercourse and physical fatigue, apply cold compresses in the early stages to prevent swelling, and apply hot compresses in the late stages to accelerate the disappearance of inflammation.

Sudden pain in the testicles and lower abdomen is considered to be caused by epididymitis and bacterial infection. It is difficult to say the absoluteness because I cannot see the patient. The secretions can be extracted for testing. Now you can take oral anti-inflammatory drugs and sit in warm water baths. While taking medicine, you should drink plenty of water and avoid eating spicy and irritating foods, so as not to be detrimental to the recovery of inflammation.

If the pain in the lower abdomen is accompanied by pain in the testicles of a man, it is necessary to rule out the possibility of a testicle problem.

Inflammation, epididymitis, urinary tract stones, and prostatitis are possible. See a doctor promptly for specific symptoms.
