Dark spots on the penis

Dark spots on the penis

Dark spots on the penis are generally caused by melanin deposition. This type of dark spots is not a disease. It is mainly because the penis is frequently congested and stimulated, which causes an increase in melanin. Generally speaking, the older the male is, the greater the possibility of melanin deposition. In daily life, we should strengthen the care of the penis, such as trying not to touch tobacco and alcohol, and pay attention to cleaning the penis. Let's take a look at this aspect.

Dark spots on the penis

The penis and foreskin of men are not much different from other parts of the body tissue. Because the skin on the surface will have pigmentation, there will be some melanin moles and some dark spots. This is all due to abnormal pigmentation. Just like the black moles in other parts of our body, it is a normal structure. As long as you don't feel uncomfortable, you don't need to worry about it.

How do men take care of their penis?

1. Don’t smoke cigarettes

Cigarettes can hinder the erection of the penis. Smoking is one of the causes of premature ejaculation and there is evidence that smoking affects the size of erections.

Research experiments have found that smokers' penises are significantly smaller than non-smokers. Experts believe that smoking not only damages blood vessels, but also causes damage to penile tissue, resulting in reduced elasticity and impeded expansion.

2. Don’t fight against hard objects

During sex, a single forceful misplaced penetration is enough to tear the corpus cavernosum (the thin, erectile chambers that run along the entire length of the penis). A complete tear will require surgery within 24 hours to control internal bleeding and reduce the chance of permanent damage. Partial damage is less serious, but may cause some problems down the road.

Although the lining of the corpus cavernosum and scar tissue will heal, they have lost their elasticity, which can lead to misalignment, stinging, and permanent premature ejaculation. Some estimates say that more than one-third of men with premature ejaculation have a history of "penile trauma." In addition, studies have shown that excessive force in sexual positions such as the woman-on-top position can also lead to penile injury.

3. Walk more

Whether it's a lavish Sunday dinner, a hangover or a bad mood, just get moving. One study found that men who walked two miles a day were half as likely to have erectile problems as those who sat for long periods of time. A 20-minute jog or 30 minutes of weightlifting can also be effective.

4. Kiss the mistress goodbye

It is common, even normal, for men who have been having affairs to lose their erections. In fact, doctors who treat erectile dysfunction often ask men if they have been having affairs. This is mainly due to the guilt that comes with having an affair. Guilt turns into anxiety, which kills erections.

5. Yawn more

It may not seem possible to you, but as far as your body is concerned, yawning and having an erection are actually the same thing. In fact, you may have just missed an erection when you yawned. Both reactions are controlled by a chemical called nitric oxide. It's secreted by the brain and can either integrate into the neurons that control mouth opening and breathing, or travel down through the bone marrow to the blood vessels that supply the penis. Sometimes it splits into two groups. (That's why a big yawn can cause a tremor in your lower body.) Allow yourself to yawn now and throughout the day to prepare the neural pathways for a perfect, rock-hard erection.
