During sexual intercourse, the movements are too strong, or the intercourse is too dry, or there is no intercourse for a long time or the number of intercourse is too frequent. Once sexual excitement occurs, the genitals work excessively, causing painful ejaculation, which can usually return to normal after a few days of rest.
