What are the contraindications to vasectomy?

Where does sperm come from? In layman's terms, sperm is produced in the testicles, and then, under the stimulation of sexual life, it goes directly from the vas deferens to the urethra and then is ejected. However, in order to prevent the woman from getting pregnant, some men will undergo vasectomy, but the operation is not something that can be done at will. So, what are the contraindications of vasectomy?

2. Vasectomy is performed due to other circumstances. For example, if one side of the epididymis has tuberculosis and the patient does not want to have children, the vas deferens on the other side can be ligated when the diseased epididymis is removed to prevent the disease from spreading to the other side. When prostatectomy is performed for prostatic hypertrophy, bilateral vasectomy can also be performed to prevent postoperative complications of epididymitis.

4. For diseases within the scrotum, surgery should be considered only after the disease is cured, or vasectomy can be performed at the same time as surgery for diseases within the scrotum.
