Urinary incontinence is an involuntary urination behavior of the human body. This behavior usually occurs when people are young and is caused by young age and ignorance. However, some adult men still have urine incontinence, which is an abnormal situation. If it is caused by a disease, it will have some impact on the human body. Therefore, people need to actively understand the reasons. Then let's introduce the reasons why adult men have urine incontinence. The process of human urination is as follows: the mixed liquid urine, which is a mixture of excess water, electrolytes, waste in the body, metabolic products of cells in the body, etc., decomposed and excreted by the kidneys, is gradually stored in the bladder. When the bladder reaches a certain capacity, the pressure of the urine stimulates the pressure receptors located in the bladder wall. The urination signal sent by the pressure receptors is transmitted to the central nervous system through the peripheral nervous system. After analysis and processing, the central nervous system sends out the urination command in a timely manner. The command reaches the bladder, causing the urethral sphincter to relax and the detrusor to contract, thereby expelling urine from the body. From this physiological process, if the nervous system is damaged, or there are space-occupying lesions in related organs such as the bladder, it can cause abnormal urination, i.e., enuresis. This enuresis can occur at any time of day or night, in bed or out of bed, awake or sober, and is often accompanied by other lesions. Bedwetting is different: first, bedwetting occurs during sleep, when the person urinates on the bed without being conscious; second, bedwetting is generally not accompanied by other typical signs of nervous system lesions or space-occupying lesions; third, the physical and chemical examinations of bedwetting patients are all within the normal range. Based on this analysis, bedwetting is only caused by immature development of the nervous system or uncoordinated nervous function. For example, when the pressure receptor response threshold of the bladder is low, the patient's bladder will accumulate a small amount of urine. It can cause pressure sensation and send out urination signals to cause urination, so the patient has small urine bubbles and frequent urination. The patient's central arousal and inhibition function is disordered during urination. The patient often urinates in a dream or has blurred vision and cannot distinguish the direction when getting up. When a normal person is asleep, the urinary system should be in a depressed state, but bedwetting patients are often the opposite, and the urinary system is still working excitedly. It is best to go to the hospital for a routine check-up. |
