The specific treatment time is determined by the patient's condition, physical condition, and the hospital's treatment methods. Patients need to consider many aspects. It is related to the patient's personal physical condition, the severity of the disease, the choice of treatment hospital and treatment methods. Timely treatment in a professional and formal hospital will take less time. Therefore, it is recommended to go to a formal hospital for treatment in time.

The length of treatment time depends mainly on the treatment method. A good treatment method can cure the disease in a short time, while a bad treatment method can cause serious consequences.

Since there are countless hospitals and treatments for condyloma acuminatum in the society, and the quality of the treatments is mixed, patients have a lot of choice fatigue. At this time, you must choose carefully, choose scientific and effective treatment methods, trust experts, and do not rush to seek medical treatment blindly. Good treatments can cure condyloma acuminatum in a short time, saving money and thoroughly. Bad treatments cannot completely cure it and will recur for a long time.

Commonly used treatments include drug treatment, laser treatment, electrocautery treatment, cryotherapy, surgical treatment, and DC immune targeted repair treatment system. Warts can be removed quickly, and the wound healing time after surgery takes 15 days. However, they have their own limitations, with a low cure rate and a recurrence rate of about 60%, which usually recurs within half a month to three months after treatment. The wart virus cannot be completely eliminated, the entire treatment process is long, the local tissue damage to the genital area is severe, and the treatment cost is high, causing patients to suffer from recurrence.

Diagnosis:

1. Typical skin lesions are papules in moist areas such as the genitals or perianal area, as well as papillary, cauliflower-shaped or cockscomb-shaped fleshy growths with a rough, keratinized surface.

2. The acetic acid white test is positive, and a pattern similar to erosion can be seen in the live test, with bright red to brown in the middle and gradually fading in color around it.

3. Nucleic acid hybridization can detect HPV-DNA related sequences, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) detection can show specific HPV-DNA amplification bands.

4. Histochemical examination: Take a small amount of lesion tissue to make a smear, and stain it with specific anti-human papillomavirus antibodies. If there are viral antigens in the lesions, the antigen and antibody will bind. In the peroxidase antiperoxidase (PAP) method, the nucleus can be stained red. This method is highly specific and rapid, which is helpful for diagnosis.

5. Most patients have a history of unclean sex or a history of infection from their spouse. A small number of condyloma acuminatum are infected through contact with contaminated utensils, and newborns can also be infected through the birth canal. The incubation period ranges from 1 to 8 months, with an average of 3 months.

6. HPV virus is not soluble in blood, but the information of virus infection can be obtained by detecting serum antibodies in the blood. The advanced virus detection system can quickly test the serum and detect three items, namely virus antibodies, virus type, and virus quantity.
