Coronary varicose vein

Coronary varicose veins are a very common symptom in daily life. It not only causes great harm to the patient's physical health, but also seriously affects their normal life and work. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand the relevant knowledge and find scientific and effective treatment methods. Patients in this situation need to seek medical treatment as soon as possible after discovering relevant symptoms in order to recover their health as soon as possible.

1. Veins or small blood vessels, usually the precursor of hemangioma, but only obvious after erection! Moreover, the color is mostly red or dark purple! 2. After circumcision, it is mostly the manifestation after traditional circumcision surgery! 3. Swelling, unknown cause, sometimes it can disappear on its own! 4. Folliculitis, usually hiding in the position of hair follicles, and sometimes you can see enlarged pores! 5. Pearl rash, no pain or itching, harmless to the human body, it is a bag shape! 6. It is condyloma acuminatum, but it does not hurt or itch, and the shape is granulation and fungus-like! It is mostly caused by unclean contact! 7. It is caused by allergies and will be itchy! There is a history of contact with allergens! Small blisters may appear. 8. Genital herpes, small blisters, no pain or itching! There are many unclean sexual contacts!

The main feature is that the blood vessels protrude from the skin surface, like earthworms, with twists and turns and bumps. According to statistics, about 25-40% of women and 20% of men in Taiwan suffer from varicose veins. Teachers, surgeons, nurses, hair stylists, salesgirls, chefs, restaurant waiters and other occupations that require long hours of standing are all high-risk groups. In addition, varicose veins are genetic, oral contraceptives It is also related to medication and pregnancy. Because varicose veins were not taken seriously in the past, there were relatively few studies in this area. It was only in recent years that varicose veins were standardized as a symptom of "chronic venous insufficiency" abroad. However, whether in pharmacies or hospitals, no drug is clearly marked as treating "varicose veins". Therefore, people generally believe that "varicose veins drugs are difficult to work." , and only surgery is the last resort". However, we can still prevent the expansion of varicose veins and reduce their symptoms through conservative treatment (such as the use of elastic socks, exercise, diet and changes in lifestyle). Gentle exercises such as walking, swimming and cycling can not only improve circulation, but also reduce the rate of new varicose veins. In terms of diet, you should eat more high-fiber, low-fat foods and add Strong vitamin C and E supplementation. In daily life, you should control your weight, avoid taking birth control pills, avoid wearing tight clothes and high heels, cross your legs, and avoid sitting or standing for a long time. Raise your legs for a while before going to bed every day, and sleep on your left side to reduce the pressure on the pelvic vein. Smoking can increase blood pressure and damage arteries and veins. Patients with varicose veins should quit smoking immediately.

Compression therapy: Use elastic socks to reduce edema caused by exercise by applying external pressure. Theoretically, the pressure of elastic socks is greatest at the ankles and gradually decreases upwards. It is usually best to wear elastic socks that reach the thighs. Elastic socks are best worn in the early morning before getting up and should not be taken off until going to bed at night. If the patient has leg ulcers due to venous hypertension, he should respect the doctor's instructions to take antibiotics and diuretics and use special medical treatment.

Sclerotherapy: Injecting a hypertonic solution (such as high-concentration saline or sclerotherapy) into the varicose veins to destroy the vascular lining, causing them to heal and disappear. However, it can only treat small varicose veins, and there may be severe pain, pigmentation, and even inflammation, redness, swelling, and ulceration during treatment. It is also prone to recurrence and difficult to treat after recurrence, so it is only suitable for a small number of patients.

Extravascular laser or pulsed light: The principle is the same as laser beauty treatment for removing spots. The advantages are that it only requires local anesthesia, short treatment time, low pain, very small wound, no ugly scars, and you can walk immediately. However, it is only for minor spider varicose veins, and it is at your own expense and requires several courses of treatment to be effective.

Surgical extraction: Make an incision in the groin to cut, ligate or extract the great occult vein. It requires half-body or general anesthesia and 2-3 days of hospitalization. If the varicose veins are too severe, several small incisions may be needed to extract the varicose veins section by section. The treatment is complete but has the disadvantages of subcutaneous bruising and more painful wounds.

Intravascular ablation therapy: A small incision is made on the inner side of the knee or ankle, and a very fine catheter is inserted. High-frequency waves (or radio frequencies) or laser beams are used to ablate and block the blood flow of varicose veins. Simple intravascular ablation therapy surgery has the advantages of being able to be performed under local anesthesia, no need for hospitalization, less scarring and pain, and being able to walk home after treatment with a bandage, and a high success rate. However, health insurance does not cover it and it must be paid out of pocket. Moreover, most patients may not be able to be solved by this method alone, and need to be supplemented with other methods such as minimally invasive varicose vein endovascular resection system for a more complete treatment.
