3. Delay post-meal exercise: If you are prone to abdominal cramps, rest for an hour or two after a meal before exercising.

4. Exercises to avoid: Anyone with mononucleosis should avoid contact exercise, and in fact, it is best not to exercise at all. Any unconscious movement, careless slapping, or pushing and pulling during an argument can rupture an already enlarged spleen.

5. Learn to relax: Abdominal pain may sometimes be caused by mental stress. Yoga and biofeedback therapy can help you get rid of stress. No matter which method you use, it will help relax your abdominal organs and the whole body.

6. Avoid high-fat foods: Foods that contain too much fat and high protein, such as braised pork and dairy products, tend to stay in the stomach for a longer time. This will cause pressure on the diaphragm and downward attraction. If you must eat something before running, eat something easily digestible, such as half a banana.
