Only a very small number of tumor patients need further treatment. Since the components of semen, in addition to the small amount of sperm, mainly come from the seminal vesicles, followed by the prostate. Therefore, the most common cause of hematospermia is seminal vesiculitis, followed by prostatitis and posterior urethritis or posterior urethral congestion. It can also be caused by the spread of inflammation in other nearby organs, causing the seminal vesicle wall to swell, become congested and bleed. Generally speaking, at least 70% of hematospermia in people under 30 years old is caused by inflammation.

3. In addition, hematospermia can also be caused by seminal vesicle tumors, but this is extremely rare. At this time, the hematospermia will be very serious, even almost entirely blood. If you encounter hematospermia, as long as you have ruled out the tumor that threatens your life, other hematospermia, even if it is very stubborn, is not a big deal.
