Men's menopause symptoms are the most obvious

Men and women experience menopause, and there are many abnormal conditions during menopause. For example, men in menopause are prone to insomnia, sweating, decreased physical strength, poor digestive function, loss of emotional control, neurasthenia and many other symptoms.

1. Poor physical strength and chronic insomnia: As they age, men in menopause will experience a decline in physical strength and will easily feel tired and weak; their intelligence and spatial skills will decline; they will be prone to insomnia and even have sleeping disorders; their muscle strength and muscle mass will decrease, and they will often feel back pain and weak legs.

2. Bad temper and prone to pessimism: Men in menopause will experience a decline in memory, thinking ability and concentration; they are prone to depression, and often have emotional indifference, low mood, pessimism and disappointment, and lose enthusiasm for life; they may even become nervous, irritable, suspicious, etc.

3. 4. Decreased sexual ability: The decrease in androgen levels leads to decreased libido, reduced sexual activity, decreased penile erection hardness, decreased frequency and quality of nocturnal erections, and testicular atrophy.

5. Indigestion and abdominal distension: Male menopausal patients will experience the same symptoms as female menopausal patients, such as loss of appetite, indigestion, abdominal distension after eating, bitter taste in the mouth, acid reflux, constipation or diarrhea.

6. Four major clinical manifestations of male menopause:

1. Mental symptoms: such as depression, nervousness, nervousness, mood swings, delusions, etc.;

2. Symptoms of autonomic nervous system dysfunction: such as palpitations, chest discomfort, dizziness, tinnitus, hot flashes, sweating, loss of appetite, abnormal bowel movements, insomnia, forgetfulness, etc.;

3. Sexual dysfunction or abnormality;

4. Body shape changes: muscle relaxation and body weight gain.
