(I) Acute phase 1. Systemic supportive therapy: fluid supplementation, diuresis, fever reduction and analgesia, bed rest. 2. Antibacterial drugs, intravenous administration until body temperature returns to normal, then oral administration. 3. Incision and drainage if abscess is formed.

(II) Chronic stage 1. Strengthen physical exercise. 2. Avoid alcohol and spicy food. 3. Hot water sitz bath promotes local blood return. 4. Local physical therapy: including antibiotic ion introduction, ultrashort wave, microwave irradiation, etc., all have certain therapeutic effects. 5. Regular prostate massage treatment to squeeze out prostatic fluid. 6. Chinese medicine treatment. Treatment principle: promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, promote menstruation and activate meridians, soothe the liver and regulate qi, clear away heat and detoxify, promote diuresis. 7. Antibacterial treatment. 8. Drug symptomatic treatment. Recent studies have shown that the use of α-blockers is very important for relieving bladder neck and pelvic floor muscle spasms. 9.
