1. Diet adjustment

To avoid flatulence, carefully check the food you buy to see if it contains ingredients such as sugar alcohols, such as sorbitol, maltitol, or xylitol. Chewing gum contains sorbitol, so you should also chew less gum.

4: Avoid eating too much high-fiber food. Although high-fiber food is good for your health, some high-fiber vegetables and fruits may increase gas. 2: Zhongwan point is located in the middle of the stomach, 4 inches above the navel, and occupies the main part of the stomach. Therefore, it is mainly used to treat spleen and stomach diseases. It has a good effect on promoting gastric motility, treating epigastric pain, abdominal distension, acid regurgitation, etc., and can also enhance the body's immune ability.

3: Xiawan acupoint is located at the bottom of the stomach, 2 inches above the navel, at the junction of the stomach and small intestine, corresponding to the small intestine of the human body. Xiawan acupoint is located at the gateway where food enters the small intestine from the stomach, so it controls the digestion and absorption of food. It has a good effect on relieving indigestion, bloating, stomach pain, vomiting, gastritis, gastric ulcer, gastric spasm, gastric dilatation, enteritis, etc. caused by food not being able to go down in the stomach. Moreover, because it is in the lower part of the stomach, it also has a good effect on symptoms such as gastric disease and gastroptosis caused by insufficient qi.

3: When you are tired from work or at night

After dinner, when watching TV, you can gently massage the upper, middle and lower abdominal points with your hands to fully mobilize their enthusiasm, which will have a good effect on fighting the "stomach" battle and preventing and treating stomach diseases.
