Depression is a mental illness that exists in many people. Generally speaking, many people who suffer from depression usually have some unusual symptoms. So, what symptoms will appear after suffering from depression?

1. Manifested in physical symptoms.

The incidence of depression is very high, but it is difficult to detect. In fact, it can be found if you pay attention. The prominent clinical symptoms of mild depression are mainly reflected in the changes in will and behavior. Most patients can persist in work and study, but they obviously lack initiative and aggressiveness. They will also feel a decline in memory and concentration, slower thinking reactions, and find it difficult to keep up with the work and study progress of others. They have the experience of just getting by.

3. Manifested in changes in emotions.

This is the most obvious clinical symptom of mild depression, which is mainly manifested by obvious general weakness, feeling exhausted, tired, listless, and lack of interest in things around; avoiding interpersonal communication, unwilling to talk, unable to express one's emotions, lack of self-confidence, feeling tired and overwhelmed; depressed, anxious, irritable, pessimistic, but not desperate, etc.

4. Unexplained physical discomfort.

Mild depression patients often have a variety of physical symptoms, such as back pain, limb pain, waist pain, etc., but the cause is unknown, and hospital examinations cannot find organic lesions. Some cases may also have unexplained abdominal distension, diarrhea, anorexia, nausea and stomach discomfort, or inexplicable panic and palpitations, as well as discomfort involving all systems and organs of the body. Although all kinds of examinations are normal, patients will be suspicious, especially suspecting that they have a serious illness, and repeated physical examinations are difficult to dispel their doubts.
