It is recommended to apply silicone cream (Yumeijing, Haiermian, Johnson & Johnson) multiple times and over a large area, 3-6 times a day, as long as the skin feels dry, and apply it topically on the basis of the moisturizer to treat eczema (2-3 times a day). As the relief medicine is discontinued, the moisturizer is used continuously. There is no medicine to cure eczema, but there is a medicine to control it. It is used when the condition is severe and stopped after it is relieved. It is to use medicine to help children get through the skin sensitivity period. In principle, when the rash is severe, a strong hormone (Fuqingsong) can be used, and after it is relieved, a medium- or weak-effect one (Eloson, Euzol) can be used instead.

For eczema with scaling, cracks, and exudation, you can only use hormones + antibiotic ointments for external treatment. When the skin damage is basically healed, other eczema creams can be used. Don't be afraid of external hormones.
