20-30 years old: Eat less sweets, drink less alcohol, and smoke less.

Men of this age have a great opportunity to do business and make friends, and they have more opportunities to entertain and drink, so they should pay attention to drinking less.

Alcohol can increase the risk of liver cancer, oral cancer and laryngeal cancer. It can also increase blood pressure, leading to heart disease or myocardial infarction. Excessive drinking can also affect the quality of sex life, and a large amount of alcohol can cause damage to human sperm.

Don't smoke. Smoking will reduce your life expectancy by 10 years on average. Since smoking increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, lung cancer and respiratory diseases, it is best for men of this age to quit smoking. If you can't quit smoking for the time being, you should eat more carrots, onions, garlic, spinach and orange-yellow fruits6, eat more fish, drink tea regularly, etc. to reduce the harm of smoking. You should exercise regularly and take deep breaths frequently. The benefits will gradually show up. To delay muscle aging, you should exercise more.

But the choice of sports is quite a science. Only those sports that are more like entertainment rather than high-intensity training are helpful, otherwise it will be counterproductive. These sports can both promote the burning of excess calories in the body and maintain normal metabolism. If you don't exercise your body at this time, your physical fitness will drop by two-thirds when you are 70 years old.

This age group is the best time to start a family and build a career. According to statistics, the early death rate of married people is lower than that of singles, widows and divorced people. You should choose the most suitable career for yourself. The right career has a huge impact on life expectancy.
