2. Renal insufficiency

3. Renal failure stage

At this time, the endogenous creatinine clearance rate of the kidney has dropped to the normal 20%-25%, and the clinical manifestations are already very obvious, such as severe azotemia, acidosis, hypocalcemia, severe anemia, polyuria, nocturia, etc.

4. Uremia stage

During this period, the endogenous creatinine clearance rate drops to below 20% of the normal value, and there is already a very obvious disorder of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance. In addition, it is accompanied by multi-system dysfunction, and clinically it will manifest all the severe symptoms of uremia.
