Surgical methods include traditional open surgery (commonly used approaches include retroperitoneal approach and transperitoneal groove approach), microsurgery, laparoscopic surgery and interventional embolization. Non-surgical methods include drug therapy, psychological intervention, scrotal support, cooling therapy, diet adjustment, etc.

Suggestions: If it is mild varicocele, with no symptoms or mild symptoms, and normal testicle size, no treatment is required. Just observe the changes in testicle size. Non-surgical treatment is recommended, such as scrotal traction, local cold compress, and avoidance of excessive sexual activity. If it is severe varicocele, or the pain is unbearable or affects sperm quality, surgical treatment can be considered.

Protruding blood vessels in the male testicles are mostly caused by orchitis and varicose veins. Men need to receive timely treatment to avoid serious acute inflammation of the reproductive system. They should also pay attention to maintaining a good lifestyle and sexual intercourse rhythm, and avoid excessive force to prevent increased testicular blood pressure from causing local tissue rupture and affecting the patient's genitals.
