What to do if testicular blood vessels are obvious

Men are the main force in sex life. Generally, men will find out the possible diseases and problems in their body earlier. For example, the blood vessels on the testicles are more obvious, especially when they are erect. Men worry that this is caused by some diseases in the testicles and penis, and think that special treatment is needed. Facts have proved that men do need to pay more attention to their bodies.

It may be varicocele. It is the abnormal dilation, elongation and tortuosity of the spermatic veins. Varicocele is usually asymptomatic and is often found during routine physical examinations, or when painless earthworm-like masses are found in the scrotum during self-examination, or when seeking medical treatment for infertility. Some patients may have symptoms such as bloating, dull pain, and discomfort. The symptoms may worsen after standing or walking for a long time, and may be relieved or disappear after lying down.

Suggestions: It is recommended that surgical treatment is the main treatment. Surgical methods include traditional open surgery (commonly used approaches include retroperitoneal approach and transperitoneal groove approach), microsurgery, laparoscopic surgery and interventional embolization. Non-surgical methods include drug therapy, psychological intervention, scrotal support, cooling therapy, diet adjustment, etc.

There is a vermiform venous mass on the left testicle, which is considered to be varicose vein of the left spermatic cord.

Suggestions: If it is mild varicocele, with no symptoms or mild symptoms, and normal testicle size, no treatment is required. Just observe the changes in testicle size. Non-surgical treatment is recommended, such as scrotal traction, local cold compress, and avoidance of excessive sexual activity. If it is severe varicocele, or the pain is unbearable or affects sperm quality, surgical treatment can be considered.

Protruding blood vessels in the male testicles are mostly caused by orchitis and varicose veins. Men need to receive timely treatment to avoid serious acute inflammation of the reproductive system. They should also pay attention to maintaining a good lifestyle and sexual intercourse rhythm, and avoid excessive force to prevent increased testicular blood pressure from causing local tissue rupture and affecting the patient's genitals.
