What is the cause of right testicular hydrocele?

There are many common testicular diseases. When it comes to the treatment of testicular diseases, men cannot choose treatment methods at will. If the wrong treatment method is chosen, it will cause great damage to the male testicles and easily cause other problems. Men should also pay attention to this. What is the matter with right testicular hydrocele? Many men are not clear about this. The following is a detailed introduction so that you can have some understanding of this issue.

What is the cause of right testicular hydrocele?

Hydrocele refers to the accumulation of excessive fluid in the vaginal cavity around the testicles. The scrotum gradually enlarges, just like the enlarged testicles. Some are soft, some are slightly hard when pinched, and the patient has a feeling of falling.

The type of hydrocele is related to whether the processus vaginalis is closed. Testicular hydrocele is the most common, followed by seminal vesicle hydrocele, mixed hydrocele and communicating hydrocele.

The causes of hydrocele can be divided into primary and secondary. Primary often has no obvious cause. The onset is slow, and pathological examination can reveal chronic inflammatory reactions, which may be related to chronic trauma and chronic inflammation. For example, in children, hydrocele is mostly caused by slow development of the lymphatic system, too early closure of the processus vaginalis, and the secretions in the sac of the vagina cannot be completely absorbed, forming congenital hydrocele. The lymphatic system of the vagina is well developed, and the effusion disappears on its own. Acquired hydrocele is mostly caused by acute orchitis, epididymitis, seminal vesiculitis, trauma, etc. Chronic symptomatic hydrocele is more common in chronic inflammation, injury or tumor. In tropical areas and southern my country, it is often caused by filariasis or schistosomiasis.

If the contents of the hydrocele are extracted, the appearance is usually yellow and clear, with a specific gravity of 1.010~1.025 and 3~6% protein. It is exudate, containing electrolytes, cholesterol, fibroblasts, epithelial cells and lymphocytes. Acute hydrocele is mostly turbid. If it is bleeding, it is mostly brown, with a large number of red blood cells and white blood cells, and even purulent in severe cases.

After understanding what is the cause of right testicular hydrocele, when men have such a problem, they should first understand their own testicular condition, so that they will know what method to choose when treating it. Medication is the best choice for treating male diseases. It is very helpful for controlling male diseases and will not cause harm to the male body.
