Introduction to the causes of male incontinence

Let me introduce the causes of male urinary incontinence. What is male urinary incontinence? Many men suffer from urinary incontinence. They leak urine when they cough, sneeze, laugh, lift heavy objects, run, etc. However, many men are unwilling to tell others and endure it silently because of psychological effects. Let me introduce the causes of male urinary incontinence.

The causes of urinary incontinence in men are as follows:

1. Urinary system diseases: If there is a problem with the human body's urinary organs, symptoms such as frequent urination, urination pain, urinary incontinence will occur. Urethritis, cystitis, pyelonephritis, etc. can cause urinary incontinence. Pus cells or a large number of white blood cells can be found under the microscope in urine tests. In severe cases, there are symptoms of systemic infection and poisoning.

2. Urethral factors: If the patient urinates frequently but the amount of urine is not large each time, and there is no pain expression when urinating, and there are no other symptoms, local factors should be considered first, such as inflammation of the urethral orifice, foreskin is too long, or ticks/irritation of the vulva, etc.

3. Diet x urinary incontinence: If the urination is frequent and the amount of urine is large each time, but there are no other symptoms, the first thing to pay attention to is whether the child drinks too much water, especially children who like sugary drinks are prone to urinary incontinence.

4. Neurological urinary incontinence: The detrusor muscle of the bladder of young children is poorly developed and the nerves are not sound. They may have daytime drip polyuria, up to 20 to 30 times, but normal urination at night. There is a tendency to recur, and urine tests are normal. This disease is not caused by inflammation.

5. Special diseases: If you have frequent urination with large urine volume, thirst, polydipsia and weight loss, you should check your urine. If the urine contains sugar, you should consider diabetes. If there is no sugar in the urine but the specific gravity is low, you should think of urinary incontinence.

The above is an introduction to the causes of male urinary incontinence. However, many men who have severe urinary incontinence do not pay enough attention to it and rarely go to the doctor, let alone seek treatment. Urinary incontinence is very common in men. As long as the diagnosis is clear and the treatment method is appropriate, urinary incontinence is a disease that can be completely cured. I hope you can go to the hospital for treatment in time and recover soon.
