If a man's urine turns dark red, it indicates abnormality. It may be prostatitis, which is easy to cause urethral infection. Another is cystitis, which can also cause dark brown urine. Once a man's urine turns dark brown, he should go to a regular hospital for examination immediately. Do not delay the examination to avoid worsening the condition. Pay attention to exercise more, drink more water, and do not eat some irritating foods and greasy things. If you suffer from urinary tract infection, it is recommended to take ofloxacin tablets and compound shiwei tablets orally, and avoid alcohol and tobacco. 1. Bright red urine: It may be hematuria, which can be divided into gross hematuria and microscopic hematuria. Gross hematuria is when there is more than 1 ml of blood in every liter of urine; microscopic hematuria refers to the red blood cell count of more than 3 per ultra-high visual line in the filtered urine under a microscope. 2. Brown urine: It may be total bilirubinuria or urobiligenuria. Total bilirubinuria is often caused by inflammation, tumor or stone blockage of the bile duct inside or outside the liver, which causes total bilirubin sodium to enter the blood. When the total bilirubin sodium in the blood exceeds a certain amount, total bilirubinuria occurs. Urobiligenuria is often caused by liver damage, which causes increased intestinal absorption of biligen, which enters the urine, resulting in urobiligenuria. Sometimes it is a patient with hemolytic anemia. Because a large number of blood cells are destroyed, a large amount of biligen is absorbed through the intestinal cavity and enters the portal venous circulation system. Because the liver cannot convert excess biligen into total bilirubin, urobiligenuria occurs. 3. Dark brown urine: Patients with more severe burns, hemolytic anemia, dyslipidemia or acute nephritis, subacute icteric hepatitis, or renal function compression may excrete urine that is similar to the color of soy sauce. Some people excrete dark brown urine after taking cowpeas, accompanied by dizziness, nausea, or yellow eyes. Medically, this is called a patient with leukoderma. 4. Milky urine: The most common is chyluria caused by filariasis, which is especially aggravated after drinking pure milk or a high-fat diet. However, if milky urine is accompanied by abnormal urination, fever, and back pain, it should be suspected that it is a more serious urinary tract infection, such as pyelonephritis, cystitis, urethritis or renal tuberculosis, which makes the urine appear milky white. 5. Milky white mucous urine: Because the male urethra is the entrance and exit passage for semen to be discharged and urine to pass through, it is normal for adult men to discharge white mucus urine from the urethra sometimes, and there is no need to be suspicious. However, if white mucus urine is discharged frequently, it may be a symptom of prostatitis, non-gonococcal urethritis or gonorrhea, and medical treatment should be sought as soon as possible, otherwise it will infect relatives and cause inflammation of the male reproductive organs. |
