White discharge on men's shorts

There is something sticky on the underwear for no reason. It may not be a big deal once or twice, but if it happens frequently, many friends will undoubtedly have doubts. They don’t know what the white secretions on the shorts are, and they will continue to worry about whether there is something wrong with their bodies. So what is the reason for the white secretions on men’s shorts?

Semen: A thick white liquid that becomes thinner and lighter in color after being left for a period of time, and it also has a slight fishy smell. Semen is composed of sperm and seminal plasma. The so-called seminal plasma refers to the combination of various sex hormone secretions. Although there are many sperms, their volume accounts for only less than 0.1% of the semen, and the rest is seminal plasma. When adult men suffer from prostate diseases such as prostatitis, semen will automatically slip out, which is medically called "spermatorrhea". Spermatorrhea usually occurs under certain sexual excitement, such as reading erotic information, wearing tight underwear, overly warm quilts, and bladder urination (at night). In addition, after masturbation or sexual intercourse, there is also residual semen in the urethra. With the metabolism in the urine, the residual semen will be flushed out of the urethra, and some of it will be stained in the urethra. So if you think you have wiped it clean after masturbation, there will still be a small amount of liquid discharged.

Semen: a milky white, thin, transparent liquid with a certain viscosity. Semen is a secretion of the male prostate. The metabolism of semen is controlled by androgens, and the daily excretion volume is about 0.5 to 2 ml. It is a key component of semen and one of the components of semen plasma, accounting for about 1/10 to 1/3 of the density of ejaculated sperm. 1/6 is about 0.5 ml. In the sequence of male ejaculation, semen is one of the flow components of semen.

Bulbourethral gland fluid: a transparent liquid with no color and a certain viscosity. It is usually discharged from the urethra under the effect of sexual excitement, and can have a certain lubricating effect on sexual activities. It is usually produced under sexual excitement or when the bulbourethral gland is squeezed by external force (such as sitting for a long time). Normal adult males also have a lot of metabolism, and the secretion volume will decrease with age.

Different fluids will be discharged at relative physiological times. Normal physiological phenomena are not something to worry about or panic about. The key is to observe and do a good job of testing. Sometimes you don't have to rush into trouble, but sometimes you have to take the initiative to deal with it.
