Symptoms of male azoospermia

Symptoms of male azoospermia

Men are always particularly concerned about their sexual function. If there is any problem with male sexual function, it will always become a worry for male friends. Among them, male azoospermia is a more serious sexual function problem. It mainly refers to the lack of experience in the male body. Therefore, male azoospermia is also a manifestation of male infertility to a certain extent. What are the symptoms of male azoospermia?

1. There are many sperms in male semen. If a male suffers from azoospermia, the semen volume will also change. The change of semen volume reflects the secretion of male hormones by the testicles and the functional state of the accessory glands. Congenital abnormal development or dysfunction of the seminal vesicle and prostate will lead to a decrease in semen volume. Semen volume can also explain hyperprolactinemia and hypergonadotropin secretion and hypogonadism to a certain extent.

2. Azoospermia, as the name suggests, means that there is no sperm secretion. However, because sperm secretion only occurs after sexual maturity and sexual life, many male friends only know that they have azoospermia after marriage. Another manifestation of azoospermia is male infertility. Therefore, for those who are unable to conceive after marriage, they may consider whether they have azoospermia.

3. The pH value is an important indicator of human health. If you suffer from azoospermia, the pH value will change. If there is no sperm vesicle, epididymal lesions and vas deferens obstruction, the pH value of semen will decrease; if it is acute epididymitis, prostatitis and sperm, the pH value will be >8.0. The study found that: the detection of semen elastase content in semen with pH>8.0 indicates infection; at the same time, Doppler examination of azoospermia patients with semen pH>7.0 showed no abnormalities such as sperm vesicle, epididymal cyst or varicose veins.

The above points are the clinical manifestations of azoospermia in men. This disease will have a certain impact on the reproduction of offspring. Although it will not directly induce male infertility, it will at least reduce male fertility. When the above symptoms appear, you should see a doctor as soon as possible to avoid worsening of the disease and causing infertility.
