How to increase sperm concentration

How to increase sperm concentration

Some male friends will find that their sperm quality is low when they go for a sperm test, which will make it impossible for them to have normal reproduction in the future. Especially for some obese people, this situation will be more likely to occur. They should find ways to increase their sperm concentration. They should not go to saunas and sweat steaming rooms frequently, as these will inhibit sperm growth.

Exercise more often. Studies have shown that excessive obesity in men can cause the temperature in the groin to rise, which can damage the growth of sperm and lead to infertility. Therefore, keeping weight within the standard range can improve sperm quality. However, the intensity of exercise should be moderate. Vigorous exercise, such as marathon and long-distance cycling, will still increase the temperature of the testicles and destroy the cool environment required for sperm growth. Cycling can also put the fragile blood vessels of the testicular capsule at risk. Therefore, it is recommended to wear padded shorts when riding and choose a bicycle with good shock absorption function.

Go to saunas and steam rooms less often. High-temperature steam baths directly damage sperm and inhibit sperm production.

Quit smoking. Statistics show that 44% of people believe that smoking is the main factor that causes a decrease in sperm count, so quitting smoking is imperative.

Drink in moderation. Drinking a lot of alcohol can lead to a decrease in sperm quality. Men should strictly follow the recommended daily intake of 14-28 standard drinks (containing 8-9 grams of alcohol) and women should reduce this to half.

Use less cosmetics. Phthalates, a substance widely found in cosmetics, can disrupt endocrine function, reduce sperm count, reduce motility, and cause abnormal sperm shape.

Say no to anesthetics. Anesthetics, drugs, etc. are also extremely harmful to sperm, and the effects will last for a long time.

Relax your mind. Excessive mental stress also has a negative impact on the growth of sperm. So men should do something to relax themselves, such as taking a walk, taking a bath, etc., and then enjoy sex.

Put your phone in your coat pocket. Putting your phone in your pants pocket, your laptop on your knees, or wearing tight pants will increase the temperature of your scrotum and harm sperm, so you should put your phone in your coat pocket.

Eat more green vegetables. Green vegetables contain vitamin C, vitamin E, zinc, selenium and other ingredients that are beneficial to sperm growth. Nuts and fish are rich in omega-3 fatty acids and should also be eaten more to promote sperm cell growth.

Eat more foods with high melanin content, such as black beans, black rice, black sesame seeds, walnuts, black fungus, etc.
