Why men cannot ejaculate

Why men cannot ejaculate

When a man's physiological desire is relieved, he will ejaculate. During the ejaculation process, men are generally more excited, which also indicates that men have reached orgasm. However, some men find that their waists are obviously weak when they ejaculate. This problem is also called male ejaculation dysfunction in clinical medicine and is a common men's problem. Men troubled by this problem must understand the cause.

The occurrence of impotent ejaculation can be roughly divided into two aspects: physiological factors and psychological factors:

Physiological factors of impotent ejaculation

It is mainly due to too frequent sexual intercourse, which causes the central nervous system that controls ejaculation to be overloaded and cannot issue ejaculation commands well, thus causing ejaculation dysfunction. In addition, the quality of sexual life is not high, the man lacks strong sexual excitement, or under the influence of certain psychological factors (such as fear of his wife getting pregnant, fear of sexual intercourse causing pain to his wife, concern about his own sexual function problems, worry about his wife being dissatisfied with sex life, etc.), which can affect all aspects of sexual activity through the brain and cause ejaculation dysfunction.

There are several possible reasons for the reduction of ejaculation force and semen volume: frequent ejaculation can reduce semen volume; benign prostatic hyperplasia or any urethral injury (urethral stenosis, condyloma acuminatum) can weaken ejaculation force; incomplete bladder closure causes some semen to flow back into the bladder, and only a small amount of semen is discharged from the urethra under the weak force. Retrograde ejaculation may occur after prostatectomy, sympathectomy, extensive pelvic surgery or after taking certain antihypertensive drugs.

There are problems in the nervous system that weaken the contraction of the perineal striated muscles. Some nervous system diseases may also cause excessive stimulation of the parasympathetic nerves, thereby increasing the contractility of the external sphincter. The effect of the spasmodic contraction of the external sphincter is similar to the effect of urethral obstruction. Another possibility is spinal cord injury or direct injury to the sympathetic trunk, which will cause similar consequences to sympathetic trunk resection, making the internal urethral sphincter unable to contract as during normal ejaculation. Treatment methods should be symptomatic, such as switching to other drugs, eliminating local urethral obstruction and other factors, which are expected to improve ejaculation strength.

It is mainly caused by certain lesions in the nervous system and endocrine system. For example, lesions in the brain and spinal cord will hinder the normal function of ejaculation; lesions in the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and testicles will affect the normal metabolism of sex hormones, and the ejaculation process is inseparable from the effects of sex hormones, which will in turn affect the normal function of ejaculation.

Psychological factors of impotence

Psychological factors are another important cause of impotent ejaculation. Among them, premature ejaculation plays a major role in causing impotent ejaculation.

The psychological pressure is very high. Every time they have sex, they are often not enjoying the pleasure of sex, but trying to avoid premature ejaculation. But the harder they try, the more likely they are to have premature ejaculation. Because of the heavy burden on their minds, men cannot experience the pleasure of sex. In the long run, sex cannot bring them the reward of pleasure. Loss and pain are mixed in the moment of ejaculation, and the pleasure slowly disappears. In behavioral science, if there is no positive reward (here refers to sexual pleasure), then this behavior will gradually degenerate, and the powerful ejaculation behavior will gradually weaken, and the phenomenon of weak ejaculation will appear. To change the phenomenon of weak ejaculation, the root cause of premature ejaculation must be solved. Generally, progressive delay training is adopted. While curing premature ejaculation, men are rewarded with pleasure in sex and slowly restore their expectations for pleasure during ejaculation, thereby slowly increasing the strength of ejaculation, which also cures weak ejaculation.
