What causes glans pain?

But the symptoms are generally milder than gonorrhea. The urethral opening is congested or swollen, with serous, mucopurulent or thin white secretions, or there is a "mouthful" phenomenon in the morning;

③ Penis pain caused by gonorrhea: The initial symptoms are redness, swelling, itching and slight stinging at the urethral opening of the glans, followed by thin mucus discharge, causing discomfort during urination. After 24 hours, the symptoms worsen, the redness and swelling develop to the entire glans and part of the urethra, the secretions change from thin to dark yellow pus, frequent urination, painful urination, difficulty in urination, and inconvenience in movement, and often painful erections at night. A small number of cases have symptoms of mild fever and fatigue. The inguinal lymph nodes on both sides can also be infected and cause redness, swelling, pain, and even pus.
