1. Give a high-quality low-protein diet of 0.6 g/(kg body weight • day) and a diet rich in vitamins, such as eggs, milk, lean meat and other high-quality proteins. The patient must take in enough calories, generally 30-35 kcal/(kg body weight • day). If necessary, the staple food can be wheat starch without plant protein. 2. Low-protein diet plus essential amino acids or α-keto acid treatment. When using α-keto acid treatment, pay attention to rechecking blood calcium concentration. Use with caution in hypercalcemia. For those without severe hypertension and obvious edema, and urine volume >1000ml/day, salt 2-4 grams/day.
