Treatment for vascular stenosis: Dietary treatment has a magic formula

Treatment for vascular stenosis: Dietary treatment has a magic formula

As we all know, blood vessels are the channels through which our blood is transported to various organs in the body. Vascular stenosis is mostly caused by the coagulation of red blood cells and platelets in the blood vessels, which block the blood vessels. The treatment of vascular stenosis mainly involves unblocking the blocked blood vessels so that blood can flow freely.

1: Causes of vascular stenosis

1: Formed elements are the material basis of blood viscosity. Formed elements that can make blood thicker include red blood cells and proteins in the blood. The more red blood cells there are, the higher the blood viscosity; the more protein, fat, and sugar there are in the plasma, the thicker the blood; the effect of the content of fibrinogen in the blood on blood viscosity cannot be ignored. When the fibrinogen increases, the blood viscosity will increase significantly.

2: The amount of protein components in the blood, such as globulin and fibrinogen, increases, and they adhere to red blood cells to form a network, which increases the resistance to blood flow; the structure of red blood cells and platelets changes, and they coagulate into clumps, blocking blood vessels; the deformation ability of red blood cells and other blood cells weakens, and they cannot pass through small blood vessels smoothly, thereby increasing the viscosity of the blood.

2: Dietary treatment for vascular stenosis

1: Drink plenty of water. Water is a quick-acting diluent. Water loss after a good night's sleep and water consumed when digesting food are factors that make the blood thicker. Drinking water can make the blood thinner immediately. But drinking water should be scientific. First of all, you need to master the right timing, such as drinking 200 ml of water in the morning, one hour before meals, and before going to bed at night.

2: Secondly, choose water with good dilution effect: salt water can promote cell dehydration, so it is not advisable; cold water stimulates gastrointestinal vasoconstriction, which hinders water absorption into the blood, so it is not suitable for drinking; purified water is too pure, and its low osmotic pressure will cause water to enter the cells quickly, and the effect of diluting the blood is not ideal. The ideal dilution water is boiled water or light tea at 20℃~25℃, whose tension and density are close to blood and tissue cells, so it is worth promoting.

3: Eat more foods that have the function of diluting blood, such as black fungus, onion, bell pepper, mushroom, and fruits such as strawberry, pineapple, and lemon that can inhibit platelet aggregation and prevent thrombosis; foods that have anticoagulant effects similar to aspirin include tomatoes, red grapes, oranges, and ginger; foods that have lipid-lowering effects include celery, carrots, konjac, hawthorn, seaweed, kelp, corn, sesame, etc.

4: In addition to containing a lot of water, vegetables and fruits are also rich in vitamin C and crude fiber. Vitamin C can lower blood lipids, and crude fiber can prevent the absorption of cholesterol in the intestines, which is beneficial to reducing blood viscosity. Eat more soybeans. Soybeans contain rich lecithin, which is an emulsifier that can make cholesterol particles in the blood smaller and keep them suspended, which is beneficial for lipids to pass through the blood vessel wall for use by tissues, which can reduce blood cholesterol and improve blood viscosity.

5: Eat less animal organs, animal fat and sweets. Animal organs such as brain, pork tripe, fatty intestines and animal fat contain a lot of cholesterol and saturated fat, which can increase blood viscosity and promote arteriosclerosis. Sweets are high in sugar, which can increase triglycerides in the human blood and increase blood viscosity. Therefore, the three meals should be lighter, mainly vegetarian, with a combination of coarse and fine grains.

Three: In the above introduction, we

I have explained the causes of vascular stenosis and its dietary treatment methods. I believe that my friends have already understood it. I hope it will be helpful to everyone, so that we can better master the knowledge of vascular stenosis, better treat vascular stenosis through dietary therapy, better study and live, and hope that everyone has a good body.
