The water temperature should be about 60~70 degrees. Do not cook it too high.

4: Pour a little oil into the pot, put the chopped dried chili into the pot, and when the chili aroma appears, add the fried garlic and the prepared pork belly into the pot and stir-fry. Then add a little salt and soy sauce according to your taste, and stir-fry until cooked.
