Eat less refined carbohydrates such as white rice and fresh noodles for the main meal, and eat more corn, sweet potatoes, oatmeal and other foods rich in organic fiber.

Eat less fried, steamed and stir-fried food, choose steamed food as much as possible, and never eat snacks, drinks, or barbecue. We need to be cautious about the mentality of weight loss diet, manage our diet for three meals, don't eat or drink too much, and don't skip meals in order to lose weight, which are all not conducive to the maintenance of body shape.

Below is a set of weight loss diet and three meals overall planning for your reference:

Breakfast should be full. The menu includes porridge, milk, eggs, bananas, apples, corn cobs, sweet potatoes, and oatmeal. Don't eat steamed buns, fried dough sticks, and soy milk, especially those bought on the roadside.

Lunch recipe: 1 small plate of white rice, a few greasy dishes, and a nutritional balance. Eat some yogurt, fruit or dried fruit at noon, and don't feel hungry.

Dinner: 1 small plate of white rice, low-fat and less greasy vegetables. Eat some yogurt, fruit juice or oatmeal 1 hour after the meal to fill the stomach. This way, you will not be easily woken up by hunger and affect your sleep quality.

In short, the distribution of three meals a day in the fat loss diet is low in fat and carbohydrates. It is unreasonable to completely eliminate the consumption of fat and carbohydrates. Plan your diet as a whole, maintain a good attitude, and increase exercise quickly, and you will see the actual effect of your weight loss and self-discipline.
