Today's life is fast-paced, material conditions are rich and colorful, and many people ignore their own physical condition. In particular, men are socializing more and more, drinking too much, and their daily life is more chaotic. Many people have prostate hyperplasia. So what are the training methods for prostate hyperplasia?

Training method:

1. Whole body tremors

Spread your legs slightly wider than your shoulders. After taking a long breath, use your knees and buttocks as the power points, and shake your whole body up and down easily and quickly for 5 minutes. The arms, wrists, palms, private parts, body muscles, internal organs, etc. also shake with the waves. When shaking, start by slowly accelerating, and when it is about to finish, slowly slow down again, so that the lower body feels wet and hot. After shaking, take another long breath, which has the effect of activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and dredging the meridians.

2. Stand up calmly

Place your feet shoulder-width apart, put your hands together (right hand inside, left hand outside) and place them on your dantian. Release the tension in your whole body. Close your eyes slightly, inhale naturally, and focus on the perineum for three minutes, subconsciously creating a feeling of dampness and heat.

3. Inhale to nourish the kidneys

After the pose is completed, do reverse abdominal breathing. When breathing, slowly pull in your belly, tighten your anus, and tighten your buttocks and inner thigh muscles. Gradually feel the air being sucked into the perineum, then breathe out, releasing the pressure one by one and recovering. Breathe 18 times in total. When you are familiar with it, you can increase the frequency appropriately.

4. Waist massage

Blood pressure: Place your hands behind your back and use your palms (first and second metacarpal bones) to massage from just below the clavicle, along the bladder meridian on both sides of the spine to the center of the buttocks, back and forth 36 times with a little force until you feel heat.

Use the palms of your hands to massage the waist 36 times back and forth, with the Shenshu point (1.5 inches lateral to the second intervertebral disc transverse process) as the center, until you feel heat.

In addition, massage from the coccyx to the middle of the lumbar spine with the left palm, and massage from the middle of the lumbar spine to the coccyx with the left hand. When the two hands meet, the upper palm passes over the lower palm. Massage 36 times in total until fever occurs.

Put your palms together and place eight acupoints (below the waist, above the coccyx, inside the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th sacral foramina). Massage 36 times with a little force until you feel feverish. But be careful not to damage the skin.

5. Hip massage

Use the palms of your hands to massage your buttocks 36 times from the outside to the inside. The degree of massage is when you feel fever.

Massage the blood 18 times from the coccyx to the perineum (take the blood 0.5 inches away from the center line of the coccyx) in the palm of your hand.

To supplement, use the middle thumbs of both hands to massage the perineum 36 times each, until a sore and swollen feeling is felt.

6. Buttocks pinching

Blood pressure: First move the body's center of gravity to the left leg, touch the left heel to the ground, release the pressure on the left foot, and use the right hand to pinch the left buttock 36 times from the bottom to the top; then move the body's center of gravity to the left foot, touch the right heel to the ground, release the pressure on the left leg, and use the same method to pinch the right buttock 36 times, until there is a feeling of soreness and distension.

First, move the body's center of gravity to the left leg, with the left heel touching the ground, and release the pressure on the left foot. Use the four fingers of your right hand to hold the lower part of the left buttocks, and use your wrist and fingers to push the waist muscles to shake left and right quickly 81 times. Then, use the same method to change the right buttocks and shake quickly 81 times, so that the perineum has a significant vibration.

The above techniques can promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, benefit the circulation of blood and qi, and relieve prostatitis.

7. Lower body tapping

Blood pressure: Hold your fists with both hands and tap from the Shenque point (navel eye) to the toes 8 times in total. Then, use your fists with both hands to tap from the coccyx to the Mingmen point (below the transverse process of the second intervertebral disc) 8 times in total. The above operation is one time, and tap 8 times in total, so that the lower body feels vibrating.

Make empty fists with both hands, and use the knuckles to strike the Huantiao points in the center of both sides of the buttocks 36 times with a little force, so that the lower body feels a vibration.

Make a fist with both hands, and alternately use the fist hole to strike Changqiang (between the tip of the coccyx and the anus) 36 times with a little force. When striking, the waist should rotate up and down, that is, when striking with the right hand, the waist should rotate slightly to the left; when striking with the left hand, the waist should rotate slightly to the right to avoid damaging the waist. The striking speed should be slow, and the anus and perineum should have a vibration and a significant contraction.

Carry the weight and make empty fists with your hands. Use your right hand to tap the toes and your left hand to tap the coccyx. Then switch to your left hand to tap the toes and your right hand to tap the coccyx. Repeat 36 times.

At full term, make fists with both hands and tap the groin on both sides from top to bottom 36 times repeatedly.
