Don’t treat penis pimples as acne! Beware of two major diseases

Acne is a common phenomenon for every adolescent boy, and some men even find that this "acne" appears on their penis, so it is often ignored. In fact, acne on the penis is not acne, but a sign of disease. There are two major diseases that will have such symptoms.

1. Balanitis

Balanitis is a very common urinary and reproductive infection disease, mainly manifested by redness and swelling of the foreskin, burning pain, aggravated pain during urination, and purulent secretions flowing out of the foreskin opening. If the foreskin is turned over, the inner plate of the foreskin and the glans penis can be seen to be congested and swollen. In severe cases, there may be shallow ulcers or erosions with pus. Balanitis must be treated promptly after it occurs.

2. Genital herpes

Genital herpes is a sexually transmitted disease caused by herpes simplex virus infection. The main symptoms are burning sensation and erythema at the affected area, followed by small blisters on the surface of the erythema, which turn into small pustules after a few days, and then rupture to form erosions and superficial ulcers, local redness and swelling, and itching or pain.
