During sexual intercourse, men will ejaculate after reaching climax. This situation will not affect men's physical health and is a normal physiological phenomenon. Moreover, semen contains sperm, which is essential for conception. However, today's life is more open, and many women believe that men's sperm has the effect of beauty and skin care. Do you know the harm of eating men's sperm?

The amount of semen that a normal man ejaculates through sexual intercourse or masturbation is 3-5 ml. Semen is milky white, weakly alkaline, and has a special fishy smell, which is mainly the smell of prostatic fluid. Seminal plasma accounts for more than 95%, and sperm accounts for less than 1%. Every cubic centimeter of testicular tissue can produce 2 million sperm every day, which means that each male testicle can produce tens to hundreds of millions of sperm every day. Even if these sperm are not excreted from the body, they will age, die, and finally be digested by enzymes. Seminal plasma is composed of secretions from the supporting cells of the seminiferous tubules, epididymis, prostate, seminal vesicles, bulbourethral glands, and paraurethral glands. The secretions of the seminal vesicles and prostate account for about 65% and 30% of the total volume respectively.

Seminal plasma mainly provides the matrix for sperm transportation and nutrition, and stimulates sperm motility. Semen is composed of sperm and seminal plasma. We further analyzed that the main component of seminal plasma is water, accounting for more than 90%. Other components include fat, protein particles, pigment particles, phospholipid bodies, amines (choleline, spermine, spermine), free amino acids (the content varies greatly, the total amount of amino acids in normal semen within 4-6 hours after ejaculation is 1.25 grams/100ml), inorganic salts (calcium 25mg/dl, magnesium 14mg/dl, potassium 89mg/dl, zinc 14mg/dl), enzymes (mainly acid phosphatase, lactate dehydrogenase, hyaluronidase), and sugars (mainly fructose 224mg/100ml). These ingredients are similar to those of plasma, but they differ in their sources, forms of existence and functions. From the ingredients introduced above, semen is basically the same as plasma. Then, let's compare food with semen. A bowl of milk (250 ml) contains 8 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat, and 13 grams of sugar. A bowl of soy milk (250 ml) contains 11 grams of protein, 5 grams of fat, and 29 grams of sugar. In terms of nutrition for the human body, milk and soy milk are much more valuable than semen. In terms of function, semen is not a nutrient, but a need for reproduction. For a long time, due to the lack of sex education, some fallacies have been widely circulated among the people, such as: "One drop of semen is equal to ten drops of blood, and loss of semen will greatly damage your vitality", so that some people believe in fallacies as truth.

In fact, semen is neither a high-nutrient substance nor a panacea for gynecological diseases. Generally speaking, eating semen has no effect on the body, but the psychological impact cannot be ignored.

Semen contains relatively high nutritional value, but everything has its pros and cons. Frequent consumption of sperm will also be affected. An unhealthy lifestyle will also cause semen to contain some bacteria and other substances. As the saying goes, diseases come from the mouth.
