The Five Dragons Pan Body Method balances yin and yang, and absorbs qi back to the root. It is suitable for impotence caused by long-term illness, weak body, and kidney failure to absorb qi. The Fire Refining Method strengthens the original yang, increases energy, and stimulates yang. It is suitable for impotence caused by the decline of the fire in the gate of life.

Relaxation posture, stand on the ground, spread your feet shoulder-width apart in an "eight" shape, bend your knees slightly, slowly raise your arms to your chest, palms facing inward, 30-40cm away from your body, spread your fingers as if holding a ball, do not use force, relax your shoulders, temples, and knees. Hold on to your faith, believe that you will definitely be able to defeat the disease through practice. Do not think about tension, worries, and excitement. Imagine that you are standing on a green lawn in a big forest.

Of course, patients with impotence should exercise more often. More exercise is beneficial to enhancing resistance, improving physical fitness, and mobilizing the body's balance and coordination, which can prevent or treat impotence to a large extent. Of course, some men's impotence may be caused by psychological reasons, such as fear of their wives, dissatisfaction with marriage, work pressure, etc., which may lead to impotence. At this time, it is very important to properly regulate the body and mind.
