People with good kidney function are in good spirits, have brisk steps, good sleep, and sharp hearing and eyes. On the contrary, people with poor kidney function have frequent urination at night, often feel dizzy, have back pain and weak legs, dark circles under their eyes, and are prone to hair loss.

In addition, to judge the quality of your kidney function, you should also pay attention to your daily urine volume. Generally, a normal person's daily urine volume should be around 1000-2000 ml (equivalent to 2-4 mineral water bottles). More than 2500 ml or less than 800 ml may indicate kidney problems.
