Over time, the waist will return to color, with various symptoms such as soreness and difficulty bending. "Bad waist" equals "bad kidney"

Traditional Chinese medicine believes that "the waist is the home of the kidneys" and "bad waist" is equivalent to "bad kidneys". According to the theory of Western medical anatomy, the kidneys are on both sides of the waist. When symptoms such as back pain occur at this location, the first thing to consider is kidney deficiency and insufficient kidney qi. However, the kidney in traditional Chinese medicine is a relatively large functional group, including the endocrine, urinary, reproductive systems in Western medicine, and even some vascular and nervous system functions. Therefore, its physiological effects are quite extensive, and it can be said that a single move affects the entire body.

Traditional Chinese medicine says that "the kidneys store essence and produce marrow, and the marrow gathers to form the brain", so kidney deficiency can lead to insufficient marrow, which will cause the brain to lose its nutrition, resulting in dizziness and tinnitus. The kidneys store essence, and kidney essence produces kidney yin and kidney yang, which are interdependent and mutually restraining, and play a role in nourishing and warming the internal organs. If this balance is destroyed or one side declines, disease will occur, and men will have sexual problems, such as premature ejaculation, spermatorrhea, etc. In severe cases, it may even affect fertility. Therefore, for men, protecting the waist is the foundation of protecting men.

In addition, the relationship between kidney and bone is very obvious, and many hormones need to be synthesized by kidney. Clinically, some men have sexual function and fertility affected by lumbar trauma. Male fertility is two issues. On the one hand, there is a need for sexual life. There are many sympathetic nerves and parasympathetic nerves in the waist. Once there is fatigue or injury, pain may prevent men from having sex. On the other hand, fertility requires ejaculation. 3. Strengthen exercise

Here, I recommend an exercise posture - turning your waist and looking far away. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, feet and knees facing forward, legs slightly bent. Use your waist as the axis of your upper body, use your head to drive your entire neck and upper limbs, slowly turn until the maximum angle, and then turn to the front. Try to keep your waist upright during the whole process, and do it 10-20 times on each side.

This movement can relieve back pain caused by a single posture, effectively exercise the waist muscle group, improve waist strength, and at the same time play a certain role in the prevention and rehabilitation of spine, intervertebral disc and other waist joint diseases. In addition, developed waist and abdominal muscles can maintain the dynamic stability of the spine and protect the waist and back from injury like a splint. Swimming, especially breaststroke, can not only exercise the waist and abdominal muscles, but also ensure the nutritional supply of the intervertebral tissue, maintain its elasticity, and improve the ability of the spine to resist external impact.
