Scrotal angiokeratoma is also known as Fordyce angiokeratoma. It mainly occurs in the scrotum of middle-aged and elderly people, and is occasionally seen in the vulva. It often increases with age. There are multiple round-top papules in the scrotum, with a diameter of 1 to 4 mm. In the early stage, the lesions are red and soft, and can become smaller when pressed. In the late stage, they are dark red or blue-purple, hard, and have slight wart-like hyperplasia. Usually arranged in strips along the superficial veins or scrotal lines, the surface of the lesion is usually smooth, sometimes with a small amount of scaling, and can fade with pressure. Sometimes the damage occurs on the male genitals or glans penis, and rarely on the calf, thigh and bulbar conjunctiva. Generally, there is no significant discomfort, but occasionally there is a slight itching sensation. It is easy to bleed after the injury. It is often accompanied by testicular tumors, hernias, varicocele, oral mucosal varicocele and scrotal elastic fiber defects.
