Male semen is composed of sperm and seminal plasma. The former is produced from the testicles, while the latter is composed of substances secreted by the prostate, seminal vesicles and bulbourethral glands. Semen is an organic substance. There are proteins in seminal plasma that can nourish it, as well as prostaglandins and enzymes. Normal semen is milky white or light yellow. The appearance of crystals is due to the liquefaction of semen. Just keep a good attitude and don't be too nervous. Normal semen is a rather viscous gray liquid when it is just ejaculated, and then it turns into a jelly-like clot, and then completely liquefies after 5-20 minutes, turning into liquids of different viscosities. This process from solidification to liquefaction is a normal natural phenomenon. Solidification can completely restrain sperm and make them unable to move, so that they can get enough rest and energy; once liquefied, sperm has enough ability to move deep into the female reproductive tract. In addition, from the perspective of fertility, semen coagulation can stay in the vagina for a longer time without flowing out immediately, which can also increase the chance of conception. Therefore, you don't need to worry too much about your situation. Normal semen is grayish white or slightly yellowish. After normal semen is ejaculated, it becomes jelly-like under the action of seminal vesicle coagulase, and becomes liquid under the action of prostatic liquefaction enzyme after 15 to 30 minutes. If in vitro semen does not liquefy or still contains liquefied agglomerates at room temperature (22 to 25 degrees Celsius) for 60 minutes, it should be noted that semen does not liquefy, which affects the aggregation or inhibition of sperm. Common reasons for slowing down or inhibiting normal sperm movement are insufficient fibroprotein-dissolving enzymes secreted by the prostate due to seminal vesiculitis and prostatitis; lack of trace elements (magnesium, zinc, etc.); congenital prostate deficiency, etc. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the failure of semen to liquefy is related to insufficient kidney qi, weak qi transformation, and accumulation of dampness and heat. Treatment is carried out by replenishing kidney qi, replenishing qi and nourishing blood, and clearing dampness and heat. Although the treatment time is slightly longer, the treatment effect is very good and there are no side effects. |
