During examination, scrotal ecchymosis, testicular enlargement, unclear testicular outline, and obvious tenderness are found.

Testicular torsion

Testicular torsion may be related to anatomical malformations, such as excessive enlargement of the sac vaginalis, incomplete testicular descent, etc. The part below the torsion first undergoes congestion and hemorrhagic infarction. Due to the spasm and tension of the levator testis muscle, the testicle is pulled back.
