What are the reasons why men have difficulty urinating?

When the human body is in a healthy state, it does not seem to have difficulty urinating. On the contrary, when there is a problem with the human body, especially men, it is very likely to have difficulty urinating. What exactly causes this? Today, the editor will analyze the specific reasons that cause men to have difficulty urinating.

1. Mechanical dysuria:

Obstructive diseases below the bladder neck can cause dysuria, such as bladder neck obstruction, prostatic hyperplasia, bladder and urethral tumors, urethral stenosis, urethral valves, bladder and urethral stones or foreign bodies, and obstruction caused by tumor pressure on organs adjacent to the bladder.

2. Dynamic urination:

Dysuria can also be caused by dynamic reasons, such as nervous system dysfunction or bladder detrusor dysfunction. Causes of nervous system dysfunction include neurogenic bladder, post-anesthesia, spinal cord disease (including deformity, injury, tumor, etc.), complications of advanced diabetes, etc., which cause bladder detrusor dysfunction or detrusor-sphincter dysfunction.

Urinary pain is concentrated in the urethra, perineum and suprapubic area. There are three main manifestations of pain: dull pain, severe pain and radiating pain. Urinary pain can be mild or severe, urgent or slow. Different manifestations correspond to different urethral or bladder diseases. The following are the more common clinical situations.

one:

If there is obvious pain at the beginning of urination or dysuria, the lesions are mostly in the urethra, with acute urethritis being the most common.

two:

The pain occurs suddenly when urination is almost finished, and is accompanied by urinary urgency. The lesion site is mostly in the bladder, and acute cystitis is common.

three:

If there is obvious pain at the end of urination, pain still exists after urination, or a feeling of "empty pain", or pain occurs even without urination, the disease is mostly in the urethra or adjacent organs, such as prostatitis or inflammation of the bladder trigone.

Four:

Sudden interruption of urination accompanied by pain or urinary retention, which is more common in bladder, urethral stones or urinary tract foreign bodies.
