Method 1

1. First, marinate the squid with ginger juice, salt, oil, etc., then fry it in a pan until the squid is slightly curled and you can pick it up.

Instructions for use

In addition to being rich in protein and amino acids required by the human body, squid also contains a large amount of taurine, making it a low-calorie food. It can inhibit the cholesterol content in the blood, prevent adult diseases, relieve fatigue, restore vision, and improve liver function. In addition, squid fat also contains a large amount of unsaturated fatty acids.

DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), commonly known as brain gold, is a polyunsaturated fatty acid. DHA is mainly taken from fish, especially marine fish. It is a polyunsaturated fatty acid that the human body cannot synthesize and must obtain from food. It is an important fatty acid component in the brain, nerves, and visual cells, so the elderly always say that children who love to eat fish will be smart.

Celery contains acidic antihypertensive ingredients, which have a significant antihypertensive effect; vascular perfusion can dilate blood vessels. Celery is also a high-fiber food, which produces a substance called lignin or enteric lipids through intestinal digestion. This substance is an antioxidant, which can inhibit carcinogens produced by intestinal bacteria at high concentrations, and can also speed up the movement of feces in the intestine, reduce the contact between carcinogens and the colon mucosa, and achieve the purpose of preventing colon cancer.
