Why does a man's butt bleed?

Why does a man's butt bleed?

Maybe many of our male friends have experienced bleeding from the buttocks recently. This may be due to gastrointestinal indigestion among us. Our own stools are particularly dry, which causes great damage to our own anus due to friction, resulting in bleeding from the buttocks. Let's get familiar with why men's buttocks bleed.

(1) Necrosis: When hemorrhoids are incarcerated outside the anus, a series of pathological changes cause local metabolic products to accumulate, further aggravating local edema of the anus and the incarceration of the hemorrhoids. This is a vicious cycle. Therefore, if internal hemorrhoids are incarcerated for a long time, necrosis will inevitably occur. At this time, necrosis is often limited to the mucosal part of the hemorrhoids, but it may also invade other parts of the human body. There have been reports abroad that the blood clots in the hemorrhoids spread upward, and the necrotic area expanded to the rectal wall, resulting in severe purgatives in the pelvic cavity. Although this situation is rare, it must be highly valued by clinical doctors.

(2) Infection: After hemorrhoids are incarcerated, there are usually different degrees of infection. The patient will experience symptoms such as tenesmus and obvious anal distension. At this time, the infection is mostly confined to the anus. If it is forcefully repositioned, it is easy to spread the infection and cause abscesses in the submucosal, perianal or sciatic rectal pouches. If the detached bacterial embolus ascends along the vein, coupled with improper use of antibiotics or no use of any antibacterial drugs, it will cause portal venous bacteremia or even purulent septicemia, and may also cause liver abscesses. There have been reports of fatal portal venous septicemia associated with hemorrhoidal incarceration abroad.

In short, hemorrhoids have many harmful effects on the human body, which should be taken seriously by clinical workers. Hemorrhoid patients do not need to be too nervous. As long as they can receive early treatment and proper treatment, the above serious complications can be avoided.

Understanding why men's buttocks bleed can help us achieve the best healing effect. At the same time, if a man's buttocks bleed, we must actively go to the relevant hospital to seek professional treatment. Never delay treatment, otherwise it may cause us to develop malignant diseases such as hemorrhoids.
