How do men perform health massage?

Buttocks massage

Starting position: Stand with your center of gravity on your right leg, bend your left knee slightly, stretch your left foot to the side and back, and tiptoe on the ground.

Technique: Use the left palm to push and massage from the buttocks fold upward to the patella (when massaging, hold the four fingers together and spread the thumb). Then press the gluteal muscles with the left palm and rub in the same direction. When massaging, spread the four fingers and thumb into a clamp shape and push forward in a straight line, circle and spiral.

Afterwards, use the thumb, little finger, ring finger, and middle finger of your left hand to gently lift the gluteal muscles and do a relaxation exercise with slight shaking.

Thigh massage

1. Back of the leg

Preparation posture: Sit down on a stool with your right leg on the ground, bend your left knee, and stand on tiptoe with your left heel 4-6 cm off the ground.

Technique: First, use the side edge of the left little finger to rub the leg muscles from the kneecap to the crease on the back of the thigh, and then knead the muscles in this area. When kneading, pull the muscle bundle upward with five fingers, twist and rotate, and the fingers and skin cannot be separated.

Afterwards, use your empty fists to pat, shake and relax the muscles in the back of your legs.

2. Front of the leg

Preparation posture: Sit with your left leg on the bed, a soft mattress with a diameter of 10 to 12 cm placed on your knee, and your right leg hanging down on the ground.

Technique: Massage the front inner thigh from the knee joint to the hip joint in a straight line and cross-type. When massaging, place the inner edges of the thumbs and index fingers of both hands against the front inner thigh (the base of the left hand faces backwards, and the right hand faces the opposite), and slide from the knee to the leg at the same time; for cross-type massage, use the left and right hands alternately, and move from bottom to top. The massage technique for the front outer thigh is similar.
