How to determine men's menopause?

Mental workers are at high risk of "early menopause". A concerning phenomenon is that male menopause tends to occur earlier. Mental workers who are under great pressure and mentally tense for a long time, such as white-collar workers and corporate executives, are likely to become a high-risk group for early male menopause, and may enter menopause at the age of 30.


People who do mental work but rarely exercise, or those who used to exercise but suddenly stopped, are more likely to experience early menopause. A Japanese study summarized several occupations that are prone to male menopause syndrome: bank employees, teachers, architects, and corporate backbones.

Experts believe that men who sit for a long time are more likely to have menopausal problems. Men who sit for a long time often suffer from indigestion, lack of energy, and excessive fatigue due to lack of exercise opportunities. Especially for middle-aged and elderly people, the most obvious harm is abdominal obesity, i.e. general belly. In addition, sitting in a chair for a long time will also lead to slow reaction and reduced sensitivity of senses, so it is not surprising that sexual dysfunction will occur.
