2: Swelling and ecchymosis: Due to local bleeding, traumatic inflammation and edema changes after the fracture, more obvious swelling will appear one or two days after the injury, the skin may become shiny, and tension blisters will be produced. Subcutaneous ecchymosis may be seen in superficial fractures and pelvic fractures.

3: Functional impairment: Since the fracture causes the loss of the bone's support and lever function, it causes pain at the fracture site during activities, limiting the mobility of the limb.
