What are male anal diseases?

Male anal diseases are common diseases. If they are not treated actively, they will have a certain impact on the daily life of male friends. There are many types of male anal diseases. Next, this article will introduce nine common anal diseases for your reference. If you want to know what male anal diseases are, you may wish to learn about them together. Please see the specific introduction below.

What are the male anal diseases? There are mainly the following types of male anal diseases:

1. Anal fissure

The pain caused by anal fissure is cyclical and often occurs during or after defecation. It is mainly caused by stimulation from feces and expansion of the ulcer fissure.

2. Anal sinusitis

Generally, there is slight pain and swelling in the anus. During defecation, the stool presses on the inflamed anal sinus, causing burning pain in the anus. If the sphincter contracts due to stimulation, the pain will intensify and radiate to the buttocks and posterior thigh. It is often accompanied by a small amount of purulent or mucous secretions overflowing with a foul odor. Over time, it can cause perianal dampness, itching and other discomforts.

3. Thrombosed external hemorrhoids

In mild cases, there is a foreign body sensation, mostly accompanied by bloating and pain. Due to the damage of the perianal venous vessels, blood clots coagulate to form thrombi, and purple round hard nodules appear under the outer skin of the anus, usually at 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock in the lithotomy position.

4. Perianal abscess

The main symptom is bloating and pain, and the pain is like chicken pecking when pus is brewing. Due to the different factors such as the location of paraanal abscess, the size of the abscess, the pathogenic bacteria and the patient's body resistance, the symptoms and signs are also different.

5. Internal hemorrhoids

The symptoms are mainly bloating and burning pain, which are mostly caused by varicose veins, blood vessel damage, and thrombosis, which restrict tissue circulation and cause the hemorrhoids to protrude from the anus and cannot be retracted. It is common in stage II and III internal hemorrhoids. Therefore, they need to be retracted or surgically treated as soon as possible, otherwise the surface mucosa is very prone to bleeding, damage, and even infection.

6. External hemorrhoid swelling

The main symptoms are swelling and burning pain, which are manifested as localized lumps at the edge of the anus. They are hard, smooth, shiny, and painful to touch. They are mostly caused by fatigue, straining during defecation, or surgical stimulation.

7. Rectal cancer

There is no pain in the early stage, but as the mass grows and ruptures, anal swelling and dull pain may occur. Common symptoms include changes in bowel habits, bloody stools, abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and weight loss. If the patient has the above symptoms, he should consult a specialist for diagnosis and treatment in time.

8. Anal foreign body injury

Most of them are caused by foreign bodies left in the anus or improper diet, fish bones or bone fragments stuck in the anus and rectum, so you need to ask a doctor to carefully check and remove the foreign body, and the pain will be relieved. If the foreign body is retained for too long, it may cause local infection.

9. Anorectal neurosis

Pudendal nerve syndrome and proctitis can cause anorectal pain, which requires clinical attention and differentiation.

The above is an introduction to several male anal diseases. The anus is a special location, and you must pay attention to ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of this area. Many diseases are caused by unhygienic and some bad habits. For your own health, do not have too much promiscuity. Strengthening physical exercise is the most fundamental way to stay healthy.
