What should I do if there is a red spot on my turtle's crown?

As people now have higher and higher requirements for the quality of sex life, male reproductive health has become a topic of concern. It not only affects the harmony of the relationship between husband and wife, but also the reproduction of offspring. There is a common phenomenon on our glans, that is, there are small red spots on the glans. What causes these small red spots? How can we treat them?

The same skin color, uniform and neatly arranged millet-sized papules, no inflammatory reaction, no subjective discomfort. This situation is seen in men after puberty and is completely normal and does not require treatment.

The main causes of penile pearly rash include excessive foreskin, poor local hygiene, long-term stimulation of coronal sulcus secretions and dirt, or inflammatory reactions such as local redness and swelling caused by other factors such as infection. The main clinical manifestations are: at the junction of the edge of the glans penis and the coronal sulcus and/or frenulum. The damage is a papule of 1-3mm in size, and the damage is larger on both sides of the frenulum. The top of the papule is round and smooth, and some papules are hairy or filamentous. The papules are mostly unfused, and are densely arranged in one or more rows. They are obvious on the dorsal side of the glans penis and can partially or completely surround the glans penis. The color of the damage is mostly pearly white, a few are light red and skin-colored, and some may appear mildly red and swollen.

Sexual activity and prepuce that is too long. Infection with Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, Escherichia coli, Candida albicans, Trichomonas, Chlamydia, Mycoplasma, Fungi, Gonorrhea or other bacteria can cause it; or due to prepuce that is too long and not cleaned enough, the dirt between the foreskin and the glans, that is, smegma, will accumulate, irritating the local foreskin and mucous membrane to cause inflammation.

As you can see, there are generally two types of these small red spots. One is keratosis of the hair follicles, which is what we often call dead skin. Generally speaking, it has no effect on our health. But if they appear in patches and are accompanied by itching and odor, then they may be hygroma. If this is the case, the editor recommends that you go to the hospital in time to prevent the disease from spreading.
