For less typical ones, the acetowhite test can be used, or the skin lesions can be taken for pathological examination, or PCR examination can be performed.

If the diagnosis is clear, laser, cryotherapy, topical drugs (such as podophyllotoxin) and surgery should be used. In terms of treatment, if the patient has prepuce that is too long, circumcision should be performed to avoid smegma stimulation. The skin lesions of penile pearly papules themselves do not need to be treated.

Do not pull out small bumps on the foreskin by yourself, because it can be self-inoculated and accelerate the spread after being broken. Regular inspections should be carried out after treatment, and recurring and untreated skin lesions should be treated in time.
