What causes dead sperm?

After marriage, I wanted a healthy baby, but there was no movement. After examination, I found out that I had necrospermia. After consulting many people, I learned that low semen volume, long-term abstinence, abnormal semen quality and other reasons can cause this disease.

1. Low semen volume : If a man has low semen volume, sperm will not have enough space to move around, which may lead to sperm death and necrospermia. Common factors that affect low semen volume in men are prostatitis and seminal vesiculitis, which lead to reduced glandular secretion.

2. Long-term abstinence: Long-term abstinence in men will lead to increased sperm density, more dead sperm, and oligospermia.

3. Abnormal semen quality: Male necrospermia may be related to the quality of male semen. Male semen is the space where male sperm exist and move, and it is also the space where sperm survive. If the pH, oxygen supply, nutrition, metabolism, etc. of male semen are abnormal, it will affect the survival of male sperm and lead to necrospermia.

4. Sperm activity is directly related to the fructose contained in the seminal vesicle. If fructose decreases and nutrition is deficient, sperm mortality will be higher. In addition, the deficiency of vitamins A and E also has a great impact on sperm activity.

5. Medically, this syndrome may be caused by excessive sexual intercourse, kidney essence deficiency, yin deficiency and excessive fire.

Burns the kidney essence; or congenital deficiency, physical weakness after illness, insufficient kidney qi, and loss of essence nourishment; or a preference for rich food, internal dampness and heat, fumigation of the sperm palace, and damage to the kidney essence; or mental depression, liver failure to vent, wood depression turning into fire, and kidney essence being damaged, etc., can all cause sperm deformity or excessive dead sperm.
